Habits
I need to make some positive habbit changes over the next few weeks…
- Create a daily routine that includes:
- Devotionals
- Daily exercise
- Improved eating habits
- Tumblring & Twittering to help clear my mind
- Responding to important emails
- Create a weekly routine that includes:
- Church
- Chores around the house(s)
- Washing my car
- Emotional inventory
This is quite an extensive list of habit changes, but one habit at a time and I know I can make these changes.
